Sergei Yakushev Abstract: In article there are presented a photo and properties of Zhdanov zeolite transparent polycrystalline plates and being it derivatives the numbers of non-stoichiometrical cathode-chromic sodalites. It is offered to extend created plates to get technology on other zeolites to manufacture the small-size and productive membranes required to solve the ecological and energy problems. Informing there are three selecting mechanisms in membane air separating in zeolites. All of them act for the oxygen using as permeate - a membrane getting through gas, where is expected for air separating high degree. The membrane makes small-size and productive devices to get and apply accumulator free oxygen directly on a place and to have the fuel complete combustion in automobile engine cylinders too. However, attempts to unify them have been unsuccessful. This may be due to the fact that they have been built on different foundations. Relativity is based on a space-time metric, which does not have the attributes of momentum and position while Quantum Theory is based primarily on the spatial geometry of momentum and position. However, "Shadows" demonstrates the relativistic properties of space and time and the quantum properties of mass, energy, momentum and position can be accurately predicted by defining the universe in terms of time, four *spatial* dimensions and the existence of a continuous non-quantized field of mass and energy. This allows one to define a common unifying mechanism responsible for both the quantum properties of mass and energy and the relativistic properties of space and time in terms of the spatial properties of four spatial dimensions. Time will be defined as only being a measure of the sequential ordering of the causality of an event, while the causality of gravity momentum and the quantum properties of mass and energy will be defined in terms of the physical properties of four spatial dimensions. Time will then be individually linked to each coordinate plane of four-dimensional space by the mathematical and experimental observed sequential ordering of events that occur in each coordinate plane. Additionally the relativistic properties of time or the measurement of the sequential ordering of the causality of events will be derived in terms four spatial dimensions. "Shadows" postulates a volume of space is composed of a continuous non-quantized “field” of mass and energy. "Shadows" will derive the quantum properties of mass and energy in terms of resonate "structures" formed in space by "vibrations" in a continuous non-quantized mass and energy field component of space. The quantum properties of these resonant "structures" will be defined in terms of a dynamic interaction between a continuous non-quantized mass and energy field component of space and the experimentally verified relativistic relationship between mass and energy of E=mc^2. "Shadows" will derive the relativistic properties of gravity, space and time in terms of a distortion in a "surface" of a three-dimensional space manifold with respect to a fourth *spatial* dimension generated by resonate structures “Shadows” postulates is responsible for the quantum properties of mass energy. Aivar Ustav Abstract: In conditions of resources deficiency, to save materials, there was a question to create having small outside inflow «manufacture - consumption – recycling – manufacture again» closed cycle, but it could be even more attractive «consumption - renovation - consumption again» cycle. There are shown in the article taking as example the renovation of automobiles using low-power electro motors the renovation is more perspective resources to save principle to settled, low-liable to technical progress articles. As at insignificant expenses it allows to save already spent resources, to exclude charges on recycling, manufacture cycle recurring and inevitable to it materials losses. But, each case it will need to make special renovating technology and equipment, using decisions can contain know-how and be patenting clean.
