About Scientific Frontline (SFLORG)

Est. 2005 | Educational News Network

Scientific Frontline is a not-for-profit, ad-free educational news network dedicated to the precise and complete dissemination of scientific and technological research.

In an era where science reporting has often become a "fast food" service—watered down for quick consumption and riddled with advertisements—we strive to remain a "gourmet restaurant." We believe our readers deserve the full story, not just a click-bait headline. Our goal is to present information that is complete, accurate, and up-to-date, just as the original researchers intended.

Our History & Credibility

Since our founding in 2005, we have maintained a steadfast promise to our readers: No Ads. Just Science.

Over the last two decades, our commitment to quality has earned us recognition across the scientific community. We were proud to be one of the few non-government, non-educational sites listed as a trusted resource by the Carnegie Institution for Science. Our articles have been cited by legal research libraries and educational institutions worldwide, serving as a reliable bridge between complex research and public understanding.

Meet the Director

Heidi-Ann Kennedy-Fourkiller
Director of Operations

Scientific Frontline is directed by Heidi-Ann, who operates the site from within the Cherokee Nation in Eastern Oklahoma.

Heidi-Ann is a "real person in the real world," bringing a unique perspective of resilience to scientific communication. As a long-time fighter of Pulmonary Fibrosis, she has beaten the odds, proving that determination can change outcomes. She continues to manage the site while navigating Stage 3 Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), driven by a passion for biology and a dedication to precise information.

After a brief hiatus, Heidi-Ann has regained full control of Scientific Frontline, ensuring that it remains true to its original mission: independent, accurate, and always free for those with a desire to learn.
